Hunnicutt Photography requests that if any person to be photographed has any Covid-19 symptoms, has a close Covid-19 positive contact, or is Covid-19 positive, that you notify the photographer immediately and we'll reschedule the session without penalty. The photographer will do the same to maintain utmost safety for all. Hunnicutt Photography will not be held liable if the photographed party develops Covid-19 after their photography session. Hunnicutt Photography will not be held liable by client if a Covid-19 infection occurs after completion of photo session. * * I agree with the Covid-19 Policy Lets Discuss Further Fine Print: Re-shoots will not be given for poor choice of clothing, make-up, hair or weather-related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Re-shoots are determined at the sole discretion of the Photographer. In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or computer malfunction the photographer liability will be limited to a refund of the cost of the session fee. Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The client agrees that all copyrights and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by Hunnicutt Photography. It is a violation of US federal copyright law to allow photographs created by Hunnicutt Photography to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned, or altered (including Instagram filters) without Hunnicutt Photography's permission. Client will receive an online proof gallery containing watermarked unedited images from the session within seven days. The proofing gallery is not available for download. From this gallery, the client will have seven days to select their choice of images that Hunnicutt Photography will edit and deliver for download, within three (3) weeks of the image selection.
