I remember sitting with my grandmother on her ‘davenport’ (ie couch) and looking through her family photo albums, seeing my Father and his siblings when they were young. Laughing at their clothing choices and facial hair, and remarking about how my Grandmothers decor and home style changed over the years. Those photographs became time capsules and ways to remember the past not only for those there, but for future generations as well.
